►FEES
In the case of lands, building plots, real estate linked to economic exploitations or buildings (homes, industrial premises, etc.) with the sufficient attached land to necessitate a verification of their urban planning conditions, the above fees will be multiplied by 1.3.
►VALUATIONS OF BUILDINGS AND RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENTS
As per previous quotation.
►VALUATIONS REFERRING TO PREVIOUS YEARS
In cases in which the valuation refers to a previous date and it is necessary to use data of previous years, the above fees will be multiplied by 1.3.
► JUDICIAL VALUATIONS AS EXPERT WITNESS OF A LITIGANT PARTY
The above fees will be subject to a surcharge of 150 euros, if applicable, for a visit to a judicial body to accept the commission and subsequently to ratify the valuation. This amount is understood in the event that only one appearance is required. If the valuer is summoned on more than one occasion, the said amount will be multiplied by the number of appearances.
► JUDICIAL VALUATIONS AS THIRD-PARTY OR DECIDING EXPERT, IN THE EVENT OF EXPROPRIATION, OR SPECIAL VALUATIONS
As per previous quotation.
►TRAVEL COSTS
If the property is located outside the population centres of Palma de Mallorca, Manacor or Inca, travel costs will be charged at a rate of 0.50 euros/km to be counted from these towns.
►PAYMENT
The corresponding taxes (VAT) will be charged to the previous rates. You may pay the fees in advance by bank transfer, or to the architect during the visit.
