The pre-purchase report you will receive includes the following sections:

  

►REPORT´S DATA 

  

This section will give information about the author, the applicant and the objective of the inspection.

  

►BACKGROUND

  

 It will contain details about the date of the visit, data gathering, given documents, and any other circumstance related to the order of the inspection. 

  

►GENERAL BUILDING ANALYSIS

  

The report will provide information about the property’s identification (location and cadastral reference), main features, tennure and occupation, protection regime, its situation within the homeowners’ association (if applicable) and its urban situation. 

  

►CONSTRUCTIVE DESCRIPTION

  

Detailed information about the constructive characteristics of the property will be given. 

  

►EXISTING PATHOLOGIES, CAUSE ANALYSIS, ACTIONS PROPOSED

  

The report will describe the possible constructive pathologies found, analysing the causes and proposing the works needed for their repair.  

  

►QUOTATION OF THE ACTIONS PROPOSED

  

The estimated cost of the actions proposed will be included in the report. 

  

►CLIENT´S SPECIAL REQUESTS

  

Any specific questions about the property posed by our clients will be addressed in this section.

  

►CONCLUSIONS

  

The technician will present his/her conclusions according to the information gathered.

►TRAVEL COSTS

  

If the property is located outside the population centres of Palma de Mallorca, Manacor or Inca, travel costs will be charged at a rate of 0.50 euros/km to be counted from these towns.

  

►TRANSLATED COPY OF THE PRE-PURCHASE REPORT

  

You will receive a Spanish or English version of your pre-purchase report. If you want a copy translated into another language, you must tell us and we will prepare a quote.

  

►PAYMENT METHOD

  

The corresponding VAT will be applied to the above amounts. You can choose between paying the technician during the visit to the property or paying in advance by depositing into a bank account.
