►TRAVEL COSTS
If the property is located outside the population centres of Palma de Mallorca, Manacor or Inca, travel costs will be charged at a rate of 0.50 euros/km to be counted from these towns.
►PAYMENT
The corresponding taxes (VAT) will be charged to the previous rates. You may pay the fees in advance by bank transfer, or to the architect during the visit.

►ORDERING THE CERTIFICATE OF HABITABILITY
If you wish to entrust us the Certificate of Habitability, you only need to fill out a simple form and we will send you a tailored quote.
